ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Agreement to participate in our community

By accessing or using GAMEDRAFTED community platform and participating in our gaming tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and participating in our community events.

Important Note

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GAMEDRAFTED community platform.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Who can participate in our community

Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid tournaments
  • Players under 18 may participate in free community events with parental consent
  • Age verification may be required for prize distribution

Geographic Restrictions

Our tournaments are available globally, except in jurisdictions where online gaming competitions are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your location.

Account Requirements

  • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
  • Accurate information must be provided during registration
  • Account sharing or selling is strictly forbidden

TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION

Rules and regulations for competitive events

Entry and Registration

  • Entry fees must be paid before tournament start
  • Registration closes when maximum capacity is reached
  • Late registration may be available at organizer discretion
  • Refunds available only if tournament is cancelled by organizers

Fair Play Requirements

Strictly Prohibited

  • • Cheating software, hacks, or exploits
  • • Collusion with other players
  • • Smurfing or playing on alternate accounts
  • • Stream sniping or ghosting
  • • Any form of match fixing

Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed automatically to winners within 24-48 hours after tournament completion. Prize pools are funded entirely by entry fees from participants.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Community behavior standards

Expected Behavior

  • Treat all community members with respect and courtesy
  • Maintain good sportsmanship in victory and defeat
  • Follow tournament schedules and be punctual
  • Report bugs or issues promptly to tournament staff

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Sharing inappropriate content
  • Spamming or self-promotion
  • Impersonating other users
  • Circumventing bans or restrictions
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Attempting to exploit the platform

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or forfeiture of prizes depending on severity. All enforcement decisions are final and at the discretion of GAMEDRAFTED moderators.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Financial terms and conditions

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers
  • Entry fees must be paid in full before tournament participation
  • Currency conversions are handled automatically by payment processors
  • Payment confirmation is required before tournament slot is reserved

Refund Policy

Full Refunds Available

If tournament is cancelled by organizers or technical issues prevent tournament completion

No Refunds

For voluntary withdrawals, no-shows, or disqualifications due to rule violations

Prize Payouts

Prize money is distributed automatically to winners within 24-48 hours after tournament completion. Payouts are made to the same payment method used for entry fee payment. Winners may be required to provide additional verification for large prize amounts.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Legal protections and limitations

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, GAMEDRAFTED does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend services as necessary.

Limitation of Liability

GAMEDRAFTED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for their own internet connection and hardware
  • Participate at your own risk and ensure compliance with local laws
  • Maintain account security and report unauthorized access immediately

UPDATES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GAMEDRAFTED is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
